  • Do your products contain nut oils / soy / gluten / preservatives?

Our products do not contain nut oils, soy nor gluten. We only use preservatives which are certified natural and have been permitted for use in natural cosmetics. Preservatives are mandatory in water-based formulations in order to prevent microbiological risk.

  • Are these fragrances hypoallergenic?

Some in-depth clinical studies need to be held in order to assess whether our perfumes are hypoallergenic, which we haven't carried out yet. Hence, for now, our fragrances are not certified hypoallergenic but this is something we are working towards.

  • Where are your ingredients sourced?

Our fragrances are sourced and developed in Grasse, a region in Provence, well known as the "perfume capital of the world". Read more about Grasse on this blog post

  • What temperature should the products be stored at?

The products should be stored at room temperature. Avoid storing them in direct sunlight or near sources of heat and choose dry, cool (but not freezing) storage areas where possible.

  • What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life of our products is 18 months.

  • Where are your products produced?

Our fragrances are products in AR2i laboratory, located in Paris, France.

  • Are your products vegan?

Our Brûmée fragrances are Vegan, which means they do not contain any animal ingredients or animal-derived ingredients. This includes, but is not limited to, honey, beeswax, lanolin, collagen, albumen, carmine, cholesterol, gelatin, and many others. 

  • What is your policy on animal testing?

Compliant with European laws, our products are not tested on animals. As a company, we stand against any form of animal abuse and ensure that our products are not derived from any supply chain that involves any form of animal abuse.

  • Do you have a store, or are you available in any department stores?

We are solely available online, selling directly from our ecommerce site, and exclusively on Amazon in the US.

ORDERS

  • Can I return my order?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at bonjour@brumee-parfum.com and we’ll take you through the process.

You have 14 calendar days to return a product starting from the arrival day of your package. Returned items must be unopened and undamaged, otherwise we are unable to process your refund.

When you place an order with us, an email will be sent to you containing your order summary and your tracking number.

We are taking extra precautions at this time when packaging up your products at our warehouse, making sure that all packing stations are clean and well sanitised.
